yup, it’s going to be a run covered in fire;
lack of sleep does get you going somehow
yet you know it is there, the desire;
almost as if in a supernatural power to plow
whatever obstacle that comes in your way
before the sun set at the end of the day
the desire to grow, compete, and win
the desire to connect, recollect, and dream
one day at a time
one day it will be here.
