Forgive.
It hurts. It burns. It churns.
Move on. Don’t look back.
Focus on the now.
Ask for forgiveness.
Look towards the light.
Keep walking.
Keep the smile.

come, stay and let's talk. it's a good day to be alive
Keep watching —
No matter how sad, mad, or deadly you’ve had it,
observe what happened before, during, and after.
Experiment with what you can control —
test your curious observations, creativities —
while staying true to yourself and to your commitments.
It won’t hurt to keep your escape route in your back pocket. (Be daring)
Trust your gut; run on the wind, halt with the world, roll your dice.
Keep observing. Keep recording. Keep talking.
Keep breathing.

Iron struck with a hammer grows stronger.
What do you really want?
If you can’t figure it out or if you forgot,
Keep hammering, keep rowing, keep swimming.
If you are struck down, rise again.
If you are jeered upon, keep walking.
If you are isolated, sing your song to the star.
Keep on going. You will reach your dream.

In silence, slowly we groove.
In solemn embracement of solitude and unity,
simultaneously protesting and acquiescing,
quietly, as the sun sets into depressing soft blue,
we smile in bitter agony and joy of what is coming,
honoring in whispers, the memories of fleeting,
knowing, it had been true,
leaving, without a trace left in the trough.

Just because you are labeled as a villain,
it doesn’t mean you must act like a villain.
Let us keep our head down,
keep walking the long tunnel,
so that those who have a chance
will see the light, hear the wind, and relish the rain.
Rise, rise again.
On we go, to the fray we must face.
Rise, rise again.
Forward we go, against the fear and hatred.
Rise, rise again.
Unto another day, where another fate awaits.

A child’s innocence dissipates
when he hears the tears roll from her eyes.
When his whimsical gesture turns into a vortex,
engulfing everything he has known,
that is when he know the agony.
An ocean trembles. A mountain weeps.
Staring sharply up towards the raining sky,
he vows: I will grow up. I won’t let this happen again.
