Pace

I look around and realize
all the walls I thought were there
weren’t there. do you realize
when your friends are not there
for you but were just passing by
as you sit there wondering why
you were blind so far
but you know you don’t need to look so far.

Gone

I didn’t back up my files
precious images of memories burned
I am still wondering how did I let this happen
while there’s incessant amount of time
to beat myself up over this,
let us learn and prevent it
from happening again.

Melt

stay with the work long enough
and you will notice the time melts
15 minutes pass by faster,
then an hour, then a day.
you will then notice your mind molds
into a peculiar shape; one with the work.
pour love in it. it will last longer.
