If your words were true,
then put your skin in the game,
and prove your words with your actions.
Keep the warmth of the people close to your heart.
Remember your anchors.
Breath. Focus. Move.
5.8.2025
come, stay and let's talk. it's a good day to be alive
Leave while the clapping lasts.
When your show is over,
bow out and walk away.
It’s not yours any more.
It may be dark and rainy outside,
but it’s where you need to head into.
Don’t look back. Leave everything behind.
If you can hold on to your dream,
keep walking forward.
Instead,
look for the fire, and run towards it.
Come on, you still have a bit of fight in you.
What is life if it ain’t with a good fight?
Hone your art, your signature moves.
You’ve seen how the dragons fly.
By now you know what is likely to be the “right” way.
Let’s get into the fray, one more time.
5.7.2025
Let’s take a walk into the dusk,
a path only we know of,
one we hold close to our heart,
one greed cannot grasp for.
In between the trees, a wind will blow—
lightening the weight on our chest,
reconnecting with the inner roots,
and revisiting the naive childish exploration.
The moment we live is real.
Remember its warmth.
5.6.2025
Do not get too comfortable.
Yes — the soul-searching requires serenity,
but becoming a couch potato is not the same thing.
There’s no supervisor to hit you with a stick,
but in this interconnected world, you will inevitably face the music.
Do not crumble when the house of cards fall down.
Straighten your spine, pull up your sleeves, and build it back up.
Stay true to yourself, even if it means to become alone.
Focus.
5.5.2025
Out of repetitiveness, seasons of waves and turbulences,
a sense of trust builds upon yourself —
like a faithful cast iron pan you’ve used over the years —
beyond the appearance, the comfort, the reputation,
a certain kind of allegiance, loyalty, and trust builds on.
Without wishing for anything in return.
But, remember to keep your head down,
Check yourself with impartiality like a cold thin knife blade;
many have already gone through the grind,
and those who know maintain their silence like a cloak.
5.3.2025
Trust the grind you’ve gone through.
Polish your gears, focus your eyes steadfast,
and keep the routine, the ritual, for the leap of faith.
Discern justice, yet look for common ground.
Stay open, but stay grounded in principles.
Forgive — for who are you to judge — and build.
Keep prudence, resilience, and patience close.
5.2.2025
I decided to let my guard down.
After all the pummeling of sharp criticisms I have received,
my rusty guard no longer serves its purpose but hindered my growth.
Whatever the idea was that my mind conceived —
when a kaleidoscope of butterflies flew above my head —
I realized — perhaps, I could fly as well.
5.1.2025
I pray there’s a meaning behind all this.
That what we have done means something.
That it means safety for the weak,
fair justice for the suffering,
and transparency for the truth.
That the voice of the veiled will be heard,
That the quiet tears will be acknowledged,
That the grind in between the cogs will be seen.
I hope there’s less of those who need to go through this,
That we have more time with our loved ones at least a minute longer.
If not, I’ll go find something that leads to it.
