listen to your elders,
words may be bitter to hear,
yet they are medicine
to our blindness to the world.
12.27.2023
come, stay and let's talk. it's a good day to be alive
listen to your elders,
words may be bitter to hear,
yet they are medicine
to our blindness to the world.
12.27.2023
are we remnants of our thoughts,
memories, and traces of foods?
what do we hold on to
when the world shakes us?
what keeps our heart warm
when everyone has left
our snow white party at night?
I suspect this:
we create new meaning each minute.
we breath and reach out our hands
into the future unknown
then we will arrive
at our destination soon.
12.26.2023
we must proclaim
there’s no shame in doing
what we eventually agree
is important to be done in each other’s lives.
yet we believe
and we move forward.
12.25.2023
it’s almost the end
all the regrets and glories
be laid down into the earth
and let us rejoice this moment.
12.24.2023
when the soul hesitates
the body bears the stress.
rest when such time arrives.
12.23.2023
don’t nibble on that hook
it will catch you right away
and bring you down to lower place
where you’ll have to work all day.
no way you’ll want such thing.
get out of those scenarios.
be free.
sometimes stars align
sometimes they miss each other
even though they dearly wanted to.
too bad when it does or doesn’t
we live with the consequences
no regret,
be strong.
12.21.2023
we promised we will try.
here we go.
let’s see how it goes
M12.20.2023
h
slowly, a soft and sweet foam rolls
it’s mellow to touch and dreamlike.
but what I recall in my memories:
those dust-covered, strewn-about
messiness, chaotic mess, and lump
I wonder how long the sweetness,
the softness last.
12.19.2023
what’s hidden in your heart?
surely, you won’t see what me beneath mine.
years of suffering after naive decisions
hardened my heart so much
it won’t budge to your tricks.
still, it yearns for the day
when innocence was prevalent
where trust flowed.
