for myself and others.

Let me learn to be considerate for others.

Let me learn to be humble.

Let me learn to open my mind.

Let me learn to accept the others as they are.

Let me learn to appreciate the wisdom of prudence.

Let me learn to embrace those who oppose.

Let me learn to live for principles.

Let me learn to forgive.

Let me learn to grow.

Let me learn to find peace amidst challenges.

Raison

I wonder if I unleashed Pandora for myself.
boredom of living in a small town is real.
I’ve endured strikes of lightening bolts
withstood the weight of the ocean
and bled thousands of cuts by the others.
through it all, I brew one soul, one heart.
yet I wonder, what is the meaning of all this?
why go through such inglorious, tedious path?
perhaps, it is the path that I must take.
raison d’être. c’est toute.

Hi

hi it’s good to see you again
it’s unfortunate to meet in this moment
too coincidental and easily mistakable
but I say the truth plainly: nothing happened.
if you want to leave, feel free to.
of course I will miss you
but if it is not meant to be, let it be
perhaps it’s a price I pay for one of past sins
it is an honor to have met you
you’ve inspired me with your brilliance and charisma found in leader of truth
still,
it is my hope to see you again.
if ever, will I get a chance, I’ll hold onto it as dearly as I can
for it means more than ‘un million de bagels’
parce que it is Spring, after all.

Clouds

Wind blows, sky darkens, air weighs heavier, making rumbling sounds like an abdomen about to have terrible bouts of diarrhea

A man in a cave contemplates whether to venture outside or hunger inside

Will the rain soak my socks? Will I shiver with hunger? Will I be fatigued with bone-piercing cold?

A man in a cave realizes a bucket of honey he saved deep inside the cave two years ago

He immediately digs further inside the cave, pushing through even the walls shelling him from the rain and the elements.

Soaked in rain and shivering with freezing hands, he dug up the bucket, started sucking on the mellifluous globs.

Already forgotten all about the rain and the cold.

Dead skins

Having peaked the apex,
Momentum froze midair,
Not sure what to do

Meanwhile time has gone by,
Unfinished business layering up like mushrooms,
A phlegmatic gait afoul of past pristine valor

Quietly, scrub the rusts off your tool,
Fume wind into seeds of flame
Grip your hammer tighter in your palm.

It is a time for a change.
Time to evolve.

Paper

As if it was poked with a sharp metal stick,

My left thigh suddenly buzzed and squeezed its muscle downwards

‘Am I dreaming now?’ Is someone poking in my brain while I am asleep?

Then I began to suspect the clear blue sky, perfectly round soft-looking clouds, and pixels of green leaves flickering sunlight in a wave when the breeze passes by.

Am I awake? More grumbled I was, as I imagined all the goods that could have been deprived of me.

Then I continued reading about romans learning the new ways from the greek, and how one of the greek was so stubborn that they drove themselves to the death.

I wrote: I live, for there is a justice that I must defend. I live, for there is the ultimate truth somewhere in this world I am conscious. I live, for what I am certain I know of.

It’s another fight.

Ping

May you have strength,
For a morning dew may be but a single drop,
It is purest of all,
And has seen the wisdom of the world all by itself.

May you have control of self,
For torrents of rain shall stop, and trashing wind shall become a calm breeze,
It is quintessential of all,
And has drawn the essence of everlasting changes in life.

May have radiating happiness,
For this darkness shall pass, and a gloriously shining golden sun shall dawn on the earth to redeem the world,
It is a righteous all along,
And meet with new light face to face, it will shine ever brighter than before.

Grass

Wind breezes through hairs of grass
Softly and unhurriedly it caresses
Feeble body of grass so fragile
Feelings overwhelm now while
It lasts.

Stones, storms, or whatnot is yet to
Come visit, biding their time to
Strike. Singing their songs of life.
Should you fear them so much,
Fear not.

We will work this out
