something happened.
as if a veil of intelligence was revealed,
my mind cleared, my body abided.
I smashed the ball with my racquet,
it returned with accuracy and high velocity.
as if in a flow, high speed exchange continued.
I woke up from the slumber of the average
and felt my new skin of rediscovered self.
Through sublimation, growth, and evolution,
I sensed an upgrade.

believe in yourself.
it’s fairly simple.
it is now or never.

towards the direction

there was a crack in this mundane world
a whole new world waited beyond the crack.
I witnessed marvelous creations.
some, just like my dream, others, beyond them.
like Harry Potter, I knew I belonged there.

we sensed the moment
and grasped at whatever we felt
was a hand of salvage.
there were comrades who saved us,
and those of us who sought to severe the tie
with a sharp little teeth
glistening as they smile.
in the end, we remembered those who saved us.
those who we helped,
and appreciate the fondness we have for each other.
